The prose in this novel are extraordinary and something I must give kudos to right away. The world-building is also vivid and written in a way that draws the reader in as if they are in the book themselves. I love first person POV and that made it easier to follow. Also, the character arc was great and something readers can relate to. Nothing felt forced and each plot twist happened naturally- just like life happens.
