The book is very useful in helping me become more comfortable in everyday human situations. The book is recommended by my professor. Although the book is relatively poetic, it introduces topics studied today at university courses on mindfulness meditation and cognitive psychology. The collection of articles and the available information in an accessible and methodical manner that facilitates deeper understanding of mindfulness meditation both in academic environment as well as in daily life.Very original and creative book on mindfulness.
Living in the moment by Dr. Amit Ray is my best book for mindfulness meditation. It has everything about mindfulness meditation practices. I loved it.

I actually borrowed the book from my mother. The book is hard to put down. Dr. Ray is subtle with emotion, easy on detail, and can really get to the heart of mindfulness in a few pages. A strange critic, but because of this I had to reread portions to make sure I understood the concepts. The writing is lovely and goes very deep.
I love this book. It drags a little bit in the middle but goodness, but ending is fantastic.
We all want to be happy. What is the best way for happiness? Present moment living is the answer. The book nicely explained the ways to live in the present moment. Mindfulness is now known to all, but exact theory behind it is unknown. The book nicely explained the strategies for daily mindful living.
